Junkmail in Outlook 2007

Is there a way to see why Outlook marks mail as junkmail?
I'd like to see logs if there are any, or if there is a way to create them.
I'm asking only on the client end, not at the exchange server though.

Not sure but I seriously doubt that's possible. If it's possible, spammers
will be able to craft a special email to bypass Outlook spam filter.

No. We know short messages will trigger it... its based on Bayesian
filtering.
