Just a simple email template

Hi, I don't know if Infopath is the right tool for the job. I have created a
form to use as an email template but I do not need to collect data from it.
When I hit publish and emailed it to myself and my boss, we could not figure
out how to use it over and over again. I just need something that users can
fill out and send in an email to me. Here is the scenario:
I created an Employee Change Form. Department Managers can click New from
Template, choose the form, fill it out and send it to me. I will print it
from email and file it away. That's it. Forgot to add, none of these managers
have info path.
Can someone help?

Your scenario requires the managers to have InfoPath installed on their PCs.
In addition, you need to publish the forms to a central location (network?)
where all the managers have access to.

Another option is to get Forms Server 2007 or MOSS 2007 to be able to create
browser-compatible forms (see
http://enterprise-solutions.swits.n...frequently-asked-questions-faq&c=infopath2007).
Then the managers do not need to have InfoPath installed on their PCs.
