Just get a blank screen when trying to open answer

Microsoft sent me an email advising that an answer had been received to my
question "How do I display recurring appointments Outlook 2003". Clicking on
the link provided by Microsoft to view the answer and rate it, all I get is
a blank screen and the Word "Done" down the bottom Left. How do I access
this answer?
