JUST Insert Record!?!?

Short and sweet. I went through the DRW and every Frontpage tutorial online
to insert a record into my "HRPDB" table. Two columns "ScreenName" and
"CharacterName" This is the frontpage result:
www.HyruleRP.com/members.asp
It's "obviously" working fine. Except that once the page refreshes, Your
Info Isn't ADDED!! Huh? I've tried asp.net, writting stuff on my own, doing
everything I can. Why isn't it working? Anybody!?!
My server has FP Extentions, and can carry asp and everything else. This is
the ASP Code for the page:
www.HyruleRP.com/members.txt
