Just installed Outlook 2003sends mail fine,can't receive

I just installed outlook yesterday,used to have oe.Can
only send mail,cannot receive.Any help appreciated.Can I
still have my old outlook running.Set up a new address
with outlook2003

You might try this in Outlook

Go to the Tools menu, select E-mail Accounts and run the wizard that opens up. In the wizard select "view or change exsisting accounts". In the next window select the account you want to work with and then click on "change". On the next screen check the Server Information to see if the incoming mail server specifications are set correctly.
