Just One Simple Form

Hi all, I have designed forms in the past, but it was a long time ago, on
Outlook 2000, so I've forgotten most everything. I want to design a simple
form that I can mail to my celebrity impersonators telling them that they
have an engagement, where it is, etc. So I have some questions.

First, I do not use Exchange, I just have Outlook POPed through yahoo.com.
Do I understand that forms will not work for me? Many of my artists don't
use Outlook, so probably not, right?

So my real question is, is there an alternative, like an HTML template or
something, that WILL work for me? I'd really like to make this easy for
myself, otherwise there's a lot of typing involved every time someone gets a
gig.

Thanks,

Jim Speiser

Correct -- a published custom form won't be useful to you. Try this, though: Create a new email message that says what you want to say and has blank spaces for the information you need to fill in. (If you have Outlook 2003 or earlier, turn off Word as the email editor first.). Then use File | Save As to save it as an .oft file. Whenever you need to send that message, just run that file.

Ya know what? I was just coming here to say, "Never mind, I found it for
myself." TEMPLATES! Jolly good idea, that.

But thank you, it's good to know you're on the job.
