Just started using 2007 pro. Where is the help option?

Simply can't find the help option. Since I've yet to get used to tabs, I'm
somewhat lost.

Top right corner, the blue circle with '?' just below the red 'X' button.

Or press F1 - which has been the standard for help in just about every
application for an eternity. Make sure that you have patched Office up to
date as there have been a mass of recent updates to the help files.
