Justify Extra Space

L

Lynn

I have applied Justified alignment to all of my paragraphs
in Word 2000. The last line of some (not all) paragraphs
looks strange due to large amounts of space between words.
Is there some way to Justify all of the paragraph except
for the last line?

The last line of a paragraph is *not* justified unless (a) you have
inadvertently used the "DistributePara" command (Ctrl+Shift+J), or (b) your
"paragraph" ends in a line break instead of a paragraph break. To correct
the former, click in the paragraph and press Ctrl+J. To check on the latter,
press Ctrl+* to display nonprinting characters (see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/NonPrintChars.htm).
