justify paragraph but center last line

In general, when justifying paragraphs, whatever type of justification is
used for one line of a paragraph is distributed across the entire paragraph.
I heard though that there is a way to justify the paragraph, yet have the
last line centered. Is this really possible and how does one do it?

Set a centre aligned tab for the paragraph. At the end of the penultimate
line, type shift + enter. Then at the start of the next line, click TAB
