KB 920813 and KB 919029 (eng version)

I have been trying now for months to get these 2 updates to install. I've
tried to repair, reinstall, uninstall and install again my version of office
2003. I've contacted microsoft with no help. What could possibly be wrong?
My update says that the updates are downloaded but they will not install.
I've sent the error report to microsoft but I still can't find any solution
to installing these updates. Please help

It nice to see that I'm not alone, have the same problem, we can not be only
ones on this earth. I will keep my eye on this post. If you have any luck,
please inform. I will do the same. I have had to turn off auto update, it
would download every few min.

I had same problems with 5 updates. I've download one of them, unpack it and
tried to install from msi file.
I've got an error "... can't register ...Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office11\MSRCLR40.DLL"
This file was missing. I've copied it from other computer to this location
and all updates was succesfully installed.
File is dated 1999 year.
