kb870765 - Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter

I can't seem to install this via windows update or using the fullfile.
Windows update gives me an "Installation Unnsuccessful" message and the
fullfile gives me a "The update cannot be applied".

I'm running windows xp sp2 and office 2003 sp1. Any ideas?

I recently reinstalled office 2003 due to another windows update problem. I
used the windows installer clean up utility before the reinstall to fix the
previous problem.

First, try running a Detect and Repair of your Office installation (under the
Help menu). See if that solves the problem. If not it may be that your
Windows Installer info is screwed up. I found a KB article that sounds
similar to the problems you're encountering.
