I've recently been looking into controlling outlook 2003 using the security
template
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/885682
states that the CheckAdminSettings registry value should be added to
HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Security
However, I have found that it actually needs to be added to
HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Security
The outlk11.adm also gives this (potentially) incorect key
adding the value to the key stated causes outlook (when
opening/replying/forwarding a mail) to request access to the address book
(the error that advised that this request could be a potential virus...)
or am i missing something?
Thanks in advance
