KB885828 One Note Install Error

I ran Microsoft Update and got 7 various updates to install. One of
them was KB885828, but it errors out every time I try to install it.
When I check on the web site, I get error 0x80070643 . I tried all the
fixes listed on the MS help website - changing the EDB.LOG file to OLD,
and the CAROOT2 directory to OLD, and registering a few DLL's, and
updating the trusted certificate. No change.

I then found another report listed under Error Code 1603 to register
INITPKI.DLL. No change.

Any ideas on how to get rid of this problem? Please reply to

From reading the description at http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=885828 I
cannot see how it applies to OneNote. It looks like the update would require
Office Pro for the base. Try to post your question to the general Office
newsgroup and make sure to provide more details for the error you are getting
when trying to install the update (at what point does it happen, what the
message is, which web site you are trying to access, what's your current
Office version is, etc...)
