I need the patch Office2003-kb885868-enu.exe but I don't understand
where I can download from microsoft web site.

You can't download it. Follow the instructions in the article on how to
contact Microsoft. They won't charge you for the hotfix.

I try to contact microsoft email support but they say that my outlook
is a OEM product and No-charge support is not available from Microsoft.

Then you'll have to contact either your PC vendor or pay Microsoft for the
fix.
