I have tested this on two (2) different boxes. 1 XP pro 32 bit and the other
64 bit. The same isssue happens on both machines.
After installing the KB892843 patch when trying to change Business Contact
databases the error "Business Contact Manager could not complete the last
operation" always occurs. Sometimes Outlook 2003 then crashes. Upon reopening
the program sometime the "Business Tools" menu is no longer available and
sometimes it is. Bottom line this patch is BUGGY as evidenced by other issues
written about on this board.
