I also am getting an installation failed error when trying to install the
August Junk e-mail update. I have checked that Office Source Engine is
running, but it still won't install. It keeps telling me that I have updates
to install. How do I get the installation to work??

Its also not working here on 1 out of 3 PCs. The 1 has Norton Internet
Security 2005
installed for what thats worth but I can't find the answer to this either. I
have seen some suggestions but they don't solve the issue here. Any others?

Same problem here with Norton Internet Security Pro 2004 running. No solution
found to date.

I use McAfee AntiVirus, not Norton. I installed the update after turning off
McAfee, but that didn't help. Any chance a Microsoft Rep could address this
problem??
