(KB905648) Junk Email Filter Problem

Hi all,
Has anyone else had a problem with installing this update?
Update for Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (KB905648).
I've tried a number of times now & keep getting the error:
"Updates were unable to be successfully installed"
Any suggestions as to why this won't install?
