KB914454 Outlook 2003 - Email Junk Filter will not install

I have used the Office update and the KB914454 to try to install this update
.... neither will succeed. Anyone else having similar problems with that
update?

No, no problems. Is Outlook closed when you try the install? What error
code are you getting?

Outlook was closed as were the other programs in the Office 2003 standard
edition.
I finally uninstalled and then had to reinstall the whole program. It then
allowed the update to be done. Not sure why but it was refusing the update.
