How do I uninstall this update? Is it part of the sp2 as I do not see it
listed separately. I keep getting error message 0x80042108 doing email and
read where someone uninstalled this and they quit getting the error messages.
I have Windows XP firewall so Norton is not the culprit. I have talked so
many times to my ISP (I use 3 and 2 work fine but 1 does not) and all the
settings are correct and now they just say "we do not support Microsoft
Outlook" (it works in Outlook Express but I want to use my Microsoft Office
Outlook. I am getting desperate and probably know just about enough to be
dangerous and mess things up good! Help me before I do this!

KB921594 is a Security Update. This should not be uninstalled.

Are you using Outlook 2002 ???

What does the above mean. Windows Firewall and Norton AV is 2 different programs. You will need to disable the email integration (email scanning) of Norton. Best still is to uninstall it completely using their uninstall tool available at the Symantec site as per the link below.
Then install something like AVG or Avast making sure that the email scanning feature is NOT selected upon install.

I have Microsoft Office Professional 2003. I read that this error is common
if using Norton firewall. I am not. I have Windows XP Professional and the
firewall that is with that. I use AVG antivirus. I don't know what is
causing the error but it keeps coming up when I try to do the email in Office
and always only for the peoplepc email. The others work fine.
