KB927978 wants to be installed again and again...

Hi,

I have the following problem with Win XP, Media Center Edition, SP2

I have run the Windows Update and installed KB927978.
However, the yellow shield reappears repeatedly, saying that new updates are
available; i.e. KB927978.
It wants to be downloaded and installed again and again, although it is
already installed. Very annoying.
What to do?

Hans,

Are you quite certain that the installation completed successfully?

Also, if you don't get an answer here, try posting to one of the Windows
newsgroups. This doesn't seem to be specifically Office related.
