KB933666 getting error message

I am attempting to install KB933666 and getting error message that
"the expected version of the product was not found on your system". I
am using office2003-KB933666-FullFile-ENU.exe that was downloaded from
Microsoft.
I have Excel 2003 SP2 installed 11.8105.8107.

I am getting the same error with KB934181 and KB934180
