KB945432 Email not appearing

Installed KB945432, since then Clients running Win XP pro Sp2 using Outlook
2003 Sp3 are unable to view the email in the body of outlook. issue not
occuring with all emails, intermittment. Outlook opened in safe mode, problem
is still occuring. Uninstalling patch resolves the problem.
