I sincerely apologize for my continuing confusion. I only have one (1) user
account. It is in my name, and has Administrator privileges, and is asword
protected. When I go to Control Panel --> User Accounts, I can change many
things associated with my user account but I cannot turn it off. Please
advise ASAP.
Aside from the topic that trs51 discusses, which I don't understand either
(it probably is caused by a language barrier), the configuration you
describe is very undesirable.
When you work like that, you are much more likely to get infected by a
virus or trojan.
Good operating practice is to use a separate account with administrator
privileges to administer the system, and a user account without privileges
for the day-to-day use of the system.
