KBB22036_cannot get this to install

My system detects, downloads, intitiates but will not
complete the installation. I've tried from the OfficeXP
site, as well as from the single download site:

Get a notice that it doesn't find the object program it
was looking for. I have Office XP Pro,SP2, installed,
licensed and registered. My OS is XP Pro, current
updates, IE6. System CPU is 2.8Gc 800FSB, PC3200 DDR400
2X256M, i875 Canterwood
