Keep getting "No Information" when scheduling

Hello,

I am using Outlook 2003 sp3 with Exchange 2003 sp2. I have 2 new users who
cannot see others availabilty when using the scheduling tab. Everyone else
can see the info, and if I connect to OWA with one of the new user's accounts
I can see the info. It's only when the are using Outlook that they can't see
the info. Any ideas?
