Keep getting prompted that OWC needs to be installed

I have a couple of PCs (XP SP2 and SP3, IE7) that don't seem to pick up OWC
eventhough it's installed. Add/Remove program shows OWC11 on the list, but
when I try to run cube reports in our intranet apps, it keeps telling me that
OWC is not installed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled different versions of
OWC several times with no luck. Please help!!!
It only does this with 2 PCs, other PCs are working fine with also XP SP3,
IE7.
