Keep installing

When i open microsoft outlook it keeps trying to install it, and eventually
it does open but its just annoying and i also get a box saying
"'C:\Users\Pete\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\AddIns\outlvba.dll' is not a valid
Office Add-in"

Search for, to include hidden,outlvba.dll and rename it to 'old' or some
such
Should be located at \Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\ADDINS.
Then run a repair of OL
