Keep Maximised?

Hi All,

How do I ensure a form stays maximised when it is open. I
have placed the DoCmd.Maximise function in the 'open'
and 'on got focus' of the form but if I go to other forms
and then go back to it, it still restores down??

What can I do to prevent this.
