Keep shapes when open Visio 2003

Does anyone know how to keep the shapes window populated with my shapes when
I close Visio. I don't want to add the shapes everytime I launch the
program. I like the organization presented by using the categories, rather
than adding them to "My Shapes"

Visio's default behavior is to save the list of Stencils open in the Shapes
window with your document, so it seems like this setting got turned off.

Open your document and whatever Stencils you want in the Shapes window.
Then go to File > Save As. Click on the down arrow on the right side of the
Save button. Then make sure Workspace is checked.
