Keep Source Formatting

All of the textboxes in a single PPT 2007 (pptx) file are Arial, 28, Normal,
Black.

Most of the textboxes include multiple advisory or cautionary notes. Less
than 10% of the notes are typed into the textbox as ARIAL, 28, Normal, Black
text, highlighted, and changed to Arial Narrow, 20, Bold, Italic, Underline,
Red using [Alt][O][F], and more than 90% are cut-and-pasted from previous
typed and/or cut-and-pasted notes.

It is killing me to select "Keep Source Formatting" every time I
cut-and-paste a note.

Is there any way to set the PASTE default to "Keep Source Formatting" when
pasting formatted text from one textbox to another textbox within the same
PPTX file?

jumkochanski,
I'm afraid I am going to disappoint you but to the best of my knowledge this
cannot be changed.

Yeah, it's an incredibly annoying bug with no fix that I'm aware of.

I'd like to have files that exhibit this behavior, though, so I can test
them in PPT 2010. If you want to email some slides that do this to me, the
address is echos at indy dot net.

Thanks.
