Keep Styles-formatting window open

I have a template I've designed which has specific styles designated for
it.....
However, when I open the template, I always must manually open the
Styles/Formatting window

Is there a setting I can make (Office 2003) to make it at least state open
whenever MS Word opens, or whenever I open the Template?

I've tried closing MSWord with the window open, but it doesn't come back up
the next time.
