two part question:
1)
what is the best way to keep the navigation of records in sync when using
subforms on tab controls.
the first tab contains a subform for the parent records.
the remaining tabs contain subforms that are bound to large tables that are
tied together via one-to-one referential integrity.
2)
would it be better to lose the subforms and just place fields on the tabs.
the original designer of this app had to split the main table into parts
because it exceeded the access limit.
if so can i join these huge tables together with a query?
it's too late for redesign so only answer my question without adding two
cents please.
thanks much,
