Keep the formatting after "Tracked Changes" is turned off

I have a table where I have changed cells with "tracked changes" on. In my
settings I mark deletes in red with a strike-through and additions with
underlined blue. This give me a very good overview of my changes.

Can I now convert the "tracked changes" visuals to permanent formatting -
i.e. keep the red and blue text after I turn off the "tracked changes"? - and
then still be able to see the colored text indicating the changes.

The reason is that I now afterwards want to move the cells but keep the
tracked changes of the particular cell (for formatting reasons - as I need to
match them in a sequence that will be developed later...). If I keep the
"tracked changes" on, my rearranging of the cells will be registered as
changes as well - and that confuses the picture.

I _don't_ know whether being in a table cell makes a difference, but I
do know that, with Track Changes turned off (but with the Markup still
showing), you can Drag 'n' Drop (or Cut 'n' Paste) text with changes
in it, and all the Markup remains intact.

....it turns out you can do the same in the table - only minor issue is that
you can select an entire row but have to select the "text only" in each cell
(and not the entire cell) to paste the text in a way to keep the Markup.
