Keep with Next - in a table

Using Word2002.
I have created a style for a heading using the "keep with next" paragraph
option selected.
Does this function work in a table? Because mine doesn't.
The style works if I apply it outside the table.
I have a heading at the bottom on the page in a table cell and the body text
is on page 2. I really want to keep all my headings with their paragraph
text.
Anyone know about this?

"Keep with next" works between rows in a table, not between paragraphs
within a row if you have enabled "Allow rows to break across pages."
