Keep With Next

Heading is followed by the table on the page in the
middle of document. I had them selected and under Format--
Paragraph checked Keep With Next. By the way, the 1-
Column table is made not to Break Across Pages.When the
table almost takes the whole page it pushes the heading
out of the page.
Any ideas why?

If there's not room for both the heading and the table, then something has
got to give.
