keep word open on top of another program

Hi,

if you can tell me how to make the MS Word (2007) doc that I'm working
on stay on top then I would much appreciate it.

I want to have a web page open and to type into it whilst having MS
Word remain open lower down.

I know there are some 3rd party programs that will do this but feel
sure Word must have the built in functional ability to do it alone ?
