Keeping a cap on out going emails

Hi all,

Is there any way to cap the amount that I send in an email, I send alot of mp3s, due to my work, but if I exceed 5mb, it crashes my work's email by resending the file and filling up works server.

You cannot set any limits on yourself. Entourage assumes you intend to
send what you're sending.

If your server is crashing then this is a server problem, not yours.
Your administrator either needs to learn why the server is crashing and
fix that or impose a quota on your mail account from the server.
