Keeping a monthly snapshot of the databse

Hi there!

I'm thinking for a while about the following problem:
For our revisal I need a monthly snapshot of all projects in our project
Server Database. Does anyonw have a idea how I can do that easily? The only
idea I had was the backup of the database - but that involves the admin of
the database. Has anyone a idea how I can do that by myself?

Backing up the database on monthly basis is your best bet.

You can automate the backup task using SQL Maintenance plan.
