Keeping attachments when sending a reply

Hello over there...

It is pretty annoying that I have to forward messages, when I want the
receipients to receive the attachments. I'm pretty sure there must be some
way to configure Outlook in a way that inserted pictures (OLE Objects) but
also other attached files don't get replaced by <<< OLE Object: [file name]

"Bells&Whistles" add-in can solve your problem. More about this you can find

version.
