uh.. installing Office Web Components is a pain.
it should just be downloaded as a piece of office update or something. or
even Windows update.
i dont think that it would hurt anyone to automagically download all
versions of the OWC from officeupdate.microsoft.com
it just seems like they need to simplify this thing
it's a pain in the ass to troubleshoot.
there is not clear documentation
and meanwhile Microsoft is trying to shove Visual Studio.net down our nose
SIMPLIFY THINGS MICROSOFT!!!
..NET will .NOT make things easier.

I have issues with the Install for OWC.
what issues?
Is there code somewhere that will help?
not really. try the office website on microsoft
Is there a list of best practices? no.
Should i use the SRC argument to refer to the cab files for Installaiton
of
OWC?
installation can only come from the microsoft web site. in special
instances, you can obtain it from your administrative install point on a
corporate intranet
If i use OWC 10; and I have Office XP SP3; and someone else uses OWC 10
with
Office XP SP2, is this going to cause a problem??
It could.
