Is there a way I can set Entourage to leave my mail on the server once I have read it. Ideally I should like to be able to choose when to clear it off the server (every few weeks).

Thanks, Richard

In the Account window under the Options tab, select to leave on server.

I am having the same problem even after setting the account to leave the mail on the server. I use pop mail to a Comcast account. Outlook, mac mail and My iPhone are connected to the same account and they do not cause the problem. Only Entourage seems to be removing email preventing the other three devices from seeing new mail.

Any words of wisdom?
Paul

If you have an answer or comment for the original poster then please
respond within that thread. Otherwise, if you're looking for a solution
to your own problem -- no matter how similar to someone else's -- then
begin your own thread. Similar problems may not have the same solutions.

Entourage has a setting for leaving your mail on the server within each
account. You can't set it in one account and have it work for all
accounts. Edit each of your accounts and verify you have indeed set
messages to remain on the server. Also, double-check the amount of time
before messages are deleted from the server.

If this doesn't answer your question then begin a new thread with
details of your own problem, include your software versions and what
you've tried already to fix the problem.
