I noticed that Entourage is getting rid of some of my old emails. It only goes back about 2 months and I KNOW I have more old emails than that, some of which are very important to keep. I've looked through Preferences and and I can't figure out how to keep all my old emails. Any suggestions?

Have you looked to see if you have a SCHEDULE to delete old messages? For
example, I have one called Delete Old that runs every couple of days to
delete old messages. I move messages I want to keep into folders that the
schedule doesn't touch.

Look under Tools -> Schedules.

Also, check with your ISP. Mine deletes messages more than 30 days old. If
you are accessing your POP account via online access (see Options in the
Account Settings...), then if the ISP deletes them, you won't be able to see
them in Entourage.

If neither of those is the problem, then perhaps you can provide more
information and we can provide more help.
