Keeping Private appointments heading visible.

Is it possible to make an entry in my calendar,then make
it private, but allow the entry's heading to be visible to
all allowed to access my diary.

(Outlook 98)

I don't have Outlook 98 to test it, BUT, to me, Private
means just that...
