keeping structure ind Visio when importing data from Access

Hi.

In order to build our organization structure in Studio I have imported data
from Access.

The stucture has however changed and I have therfore made a change i Access
and imported the data in Studio.

The problem is that the structure which I have used a lot of time designing
in studio doesn´t get reused and I therfor have to start all over. Does
anybody know how I can reuse the old structure which I created in Studio?

Any help will be appreciated
