Keeping Templates with Emailed Documents

I am using Office 2003

I have created a document in a network environment using a Style template
(S:\templates\manual.dot). I'm required the email the document to another
site for review which is not on the same network. How do I ensure the
template located on my drive S:\ travels with the document. I am using Word
2003.

What does the template contain? Styles only? Or does it contain macros and
perhaps a custom toolbar? If the former then they don't need the template.
Once a document is created based on a template the styles in the template
are copied to the document. If the latter then you'll need to send them the
template along with instructions on how to attach the document to the
template. What they need to do on their end is, after detaching the files,
open the document, go to Tools/Templates and Add-ins, click the Attach
button and navigate to the location where they saved the template.
