Keeping the Animation settings when saving powerpoint to xps or pd

When I save my powerpoint to xps or pdf it doesn't appear to keep the
settings (timing, move on click, etc.). Is there a way to keep those setting
so it advances automatically from page to page as I set it up?

None that I know of. The only thing that can play a presentation with all
the animations/transitions is PowerPoint and the Viewer.
