Keeping the Save Path for all scanned documents

One of my user is on Win XP Pro, Office 2003 and she is scanning from HP
C7716A Scanner using "Microsoft Office Document Imaging" which comes with
Office 2003. Once she scans she has to give a path to save. but MS office
Document Imaging doesn't keep that path for the rest of the scans.

I want to make a default path to a specific folder so that anything she
scans the default path is already there to save the scanned document instead
she going through all the steps to choose this path for each scan.
