keeping track of forms

I currently created a form library to keep track of all portal issues.
I was wondering if anyone would know how to keep track of all of the
forms. Any suggestion other then Access.

If you use Sharepoint, when forms are posted to a form library you can
specify that elements are promoted to columns in the library. See the
Tools/Form Options/Property Promotion.
