keeping track of Word documents emailed

I want Word to keep track of when and to whom I email Word
files to. So let's say I email a report to John Smith. I
want the document to have it show up in the header or
footer that says "Emailed to John Smith on 7/30/03". Can
this be done?

Take a look in Outlook, Tools, Options, Preferences, Journal Options to
see what you have available for choices.
