Keeps applying fonts to ALL accounts

I set up different font and colors for all 3 of my accounts.

I can get a signature to 'stick' on the one that requires it but Outlook
2003 keeps applying the last font/color setting that I pick in any of the 3
accounts to ALL the accounts.

Is there a global setting that I am missing?
